What is eSignUp?
eSignUp is an electronic reunion registration system. We set up a database-driven site where your guests can update their contact information, sign up for the reunion, and pay for the reunion, all in one place.
What are the benefits?
The biggest savings is time - you don't have to track the guest list or sort through & deposit payments - just provide us the date and time of the reunion, your school information, and then let us handle the rest.
How long does it take to set up?
Once we have your information, we can usually have a site up in approximately 48 hours or less. Specific timeframes are provided during the setup process.
Can I have my own web address?
All classes get a web address as a directory under register4reunions.com. Additionally, we can assist you with setting up a specific domain to point to your class's site. Please use the 'Contact Us' link at the left for pricing options.
What happens after the event?
You can choose to keep the electronic database of classmates, for an annual fee, or you can choose to have the information deleted from the system. We keep it for 30 days after the reunion date, so you can make a determination. If you do start an annual payment, classmates can update their data at any time, and there is no setup fee for your next reunion or event.
How will I know someone's registered?
When they complete payment, a classmate will receive a confirmation page within 24 hours of paying the registration fee. On it will be their confirmation code. The day of the event, you can print off your guest list, complete with confirmation numbers and bring it to your event. Classmates are reminded to print out their confirmation email & bring it with them to the event, for comparison.
